Do I pay a commission  when I book through Babeloo?

No , you will pay exactly the same  as when you would deal directly with the house , hotel or apartment. Babeloo’s service is completely free of charge.

Do I pay in advance?

At the time of booking , you pay a deposit in order to guarantee your reservation representing 30% of the total cost (IVA included) of your stay. Babeloo transfers this amount to the booked location.
During your stay you will pay directly at your location the remaining 70% .

Why am I sometimes told that availability has to be reconfirmed?

Many of the destinations can be booked online which means that availability is confirmed in real time. For others , which are not online , it is Babeloo’s policy to double check availability in order to avoid disappointment ..Babeloo will propose you alternative accommodation, if your initial choice turns out to have no availability for the desired dates.
You will normally receive confirmation of availability within 4 working hours.

Can I book various rooms simultaneously?

Yes, as long as there is availability you can book several rooms in a same reservation.

What do I do if I have doubts or questions related to my booking or destination?

You can contact Babeloo by mail at info@babeloo.es or by phone at 902.109 124 when you call from Spain or at + 34 93 200 81 83 …when you phone from abroad.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes you can change your reservation as long as the concerned house, hotel or apartment has availability for the newly requested data.
You can also cancel your reservation but should however take into consideration that each house, hotel or apartment has its own cancellation policy. In the rare occasion that that would not be the case ,Babeloo’s own cancellation policy will be applied. See for more details our “general conditions”.

Can I book by contacting the house,  hotel or apartment  directly?

Babeloo handles your booking in a safe way and in the shortest possible time. Babeloo only proposes destinations with availability on the by you desired dates.
So while you could do it directly ,this would definitely not be cheaper and certainly a lot slower and more complicated..

How do I know  that my reservation has been confirmed?

Once we have received your booking request and credit card details you will receive a mail with the confirmation of your booking and all the relevant information regarding the location you booked.

Is my personal information protected?

Babeloo is committed to not disclosing confidential client information to third parties. This information will be used exclusively by our internal services for the processing of orders and to strengthen and personalise communication.. You have the right of access, rectification, and opposition to any use of your personal information. You can exercise this right by giving your surname, name, address and email, through the webpage or by email to info@babeloo.es
Is it save to give my credit card details on line?
Babeloo’s  website  is protected by a security system: Babeloo has adopted SSL encoding protocols  to protect all transactions related to modes of payment as effectively as possible.

Can I request a rental contract?

Yes ,if you have booked a complete house or villa or apartment for a period of minimum 1 week or more, you can request a rental contract directly from the owners.

What is the best way to drive to my destination?

Babeloo shows on its site the exact location of your destination using Google maps and Google earth ,as well as a detailed itinerary description.
